Colorpak Indonesia (CLPI) Setujui Tebar Dividen Rp71,21 per Saham

EmitenNews.com – Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Tahunan (RUPST), Selasa (19/7/) PT Colorpak Indonesia Tbk (CLPI) menyetujui membagikan dividen 50 persen dari laba sepanjang tahun 2021 tau senilai Rp21,81 miliar.

Direktur PT Colorpak Indonesia Tbk, Antoni Gunawan menuturkan, dalam RUPST yang digelar hari ini, mengungkapkan perseroan akan mengalokasikan sekitar 50% keuntungan perseroan pada tahun 2021 untuk dividen atau setara Rp71,21 per lembar.  Untuk Cum date dividen pada 27 Juli 2022.” jelasnya.

Sekedar informasi, di sepanjang tahun 2021, Perseroan berhasil mencatat penjualan sebesar Rp838,1 miliar, atau tumbuh sebesar 8,5% jika dibandingkan dengan tahun sebelumnya yang sebesar Rp772,3 miliar. Secara volume penjualan mengalami peningkatan sebesar 2,3% dibandingkan dengan tahun sebelumnya.

Pada tahun 2021, Perseroan membukukan laba kotor sebesar Rp98,2 miliar dengan laba usaha sebesar Rp51,3 miliar dan laba komprehensif meningkat sebesar 19,5% atau menjadi sebesar Rp43,6 miliar. Adapun margin laba kotor perseroan pada periode ini mencapai sebesar 11,7% denga marhin laba usaha sebesar 6,1%, dan margin laba bersih sebesar 5,1%.
