Daratkan Lima Kapal, Transcoal Pacific (TCPI) Kantongi Fasilitas Perbankan Rp277 Miliar

EmitenNews.com – Transcoal Pacific (TCPI) mendapat suntikan modal Rp277 miliar. Fasilitas kredit dari bank BUMN itu, untuk membiayai pembelian lima unit kapal. Transaksi telah diteken pada 2 Februari 2023.

Pinjaman perbankan itu, terbagi menjadi dua bagian. Pertama fasilitas kredit dengan nilai maksimum Rp140 miliar. Itu kredit investasi untuk pembelian dua unit pusher tug, dan dua unit pusher barge untuk kebutuhan operasional perseroan. 

Kapal tersebut ikut serta sebagai jaminan atas fasilitas kredit tersebut. Jangka waktu fasilitas kredit ini maksimal 84 bulan sejak teken perjanjian kredit termasuk availability period maksimal 12 bulan, dan grace period maksimal 3 bulan sejak pencairan kredit dengan masa grace periode tidak melebihi availability period, dengan jadwal angsuran maksimal 72 bulan. Fasilitas kredit ini dikarenakan suku bunga, provisi, biaya administrasi, biaya komitmen, dan denda tunggakan sesuai ketentuan bank.

Kedua, berupa fasilitas kredit maksimum Rp137 miliar. Itu kredit investasi untuk membiayai rencana pembelian satu unit kapal untuk kebutuhan operasional perusahaan. Kapal itu, ikut serta sebagai jaminan atas fasilitas kredit tersebut. Durasi fasilitas kredit maksimal 75 bulan sejak diteken perjanjian kredit, termasuk availability period maksimal satu bulan, dan grace periode maksimal 2 bulan sejak pencairan kredit dengan jadwal angsuran maksimal 72 bulan.

Fasilitas kredit itu, dikenakan suku bunga, provisi, biaya administrasi, biaya komitmen, dan denda tunggakan sesuai ketentuan bank. ”Transaksi berdampak positif terhadap kegiatan operasional,” tulis Erizal Darwis, Direktur Transcoal Pacific. (*)
