Dilepas WH Investments, 1,9 Miliar Saham Cemindo Gemilang (CMNT) Ditampung BNP Paribas

EmitenNews.com – WH Investments Pte Ltd mengurangi kepemilikan saham Cemindo Gemilang (CMNT). Pengendali tunggal perseroan tersebut setidaknya melepas 1.900.000.000 helai alias 1,9 miliar eksemplar. Aksi divestasi itu dibantu beberapa sekuritas.

Perusahaan broker terlibat pada aksi itu yaitu Mandiri Sekuritas, BUT Deutsche Bank AG, dan Bank HSBC Indonesia. Dengan aksi itu, timbunan saham perusahaan berbasis di 3 Church Street 13-02 Samsung Hub Singapore mengalami dilusi 11,09 persen.

Tepatnya, porsi kepemilikan di bawah pengaruh WH Investment tersisa 13,06 miliar lembar setara dengan 76,28 persen. Berkurang dari sebelum transaksi dengan donasi tidak kurang dari 14,96 miliar eksemplar alias sederajat dengan 87,37 persen. 

Penjualan saham yang dibukukan pada 17 Februari 2023 itu, ternyata ditampung BP2S SG/BNP Paribas Singapore Branch Wealth Management. Ya, BNP Paribas muncul sebagai pemegang saham Cemindo Gemilang lebih di atas lima persen. 

Yaitu, BNP Paribas mengempit saham Cemindo Gemilang 1,9 miliar eksemplar alias setara dengan 11,09 persen. Namun, sayang transaksi tersebut tidak dilengkapi data pendukung macam harga pembelian, nilai transaksi, dan tujuan dibalik transaksi tersebut. 

Per 31 Januari 2023, pemegang saham Cemindo Gemilang antara lain WH Investments 14,96 miliar lembar alias 87,37 persen, masyarakat 2,16 miliar eksemplar setara dengan 12,63 persen, dan saham treasuri nihil. (*)
