Diversifikasi Usaha, Indo Pureco (IPPE) Bangun Pabrik Penggilingan Beras

EmitenNews.com – Indo Pureco Pratama (IPPE) menyiapkan sejumlah strategi mengarungi 2023. Pengembangan bisnis existing. Caranya, dengan memperluas pangsa pasar, menjaga kualitas produk, efisiensi biaya, dan menjaga hubungan baik dengan stakeholder. 

Tidak kalah penting, Indo Pureco berencana melakukan diversifikasi usaha, dengan membangun pabrik penggilingan beras. Itu dilakukan karena Jawa Barat (Jabar) merupakan termasuk supply lumbung padi nasional khususnya daerah Subang dan sekitarnya. 

Saat ini rencana pembangunan pabrik beras tersebut masih dalam tahap pra Feasibility Study (FS), dan akan segera dimatangkan rencana FS tersebut. Perseroan juga berencana melakukan ekspor Crude Coconut Oil (CCO) ke Jepang untuk bahan baku pembuatan bio avture, dan akan membangun pabrik untuk mensupply ekspor tersebut di daerah Sumatra.

Bahan baku untuk bio avture merupakan bahan baku reject untuk konsumsi. Target mulai ekspor pada kuartal IV-2024. Itu mengingat banyak hal harus disiapkan. Misalnya, mendapat Carbon Offsetting and Reduction Scheme for International Aviation (CORSIA) menjadi syarat bio avtur layak untuk dipakai. 

Mengenai pengembangan perkebunan kelapa di Kalimantan Tengah (Kalteng) melalui anak usaha, saat ini telah dilakukan pembebasan lahan, dan telah dibangun akses jalan menuju lokasi perkebunan. Sedang target pematangan lahan untuk pembibitan pada kuartal III-2023. 

Soal pembangunan pabrik COO, pabrik refined, bleached, and deodorized (RBD), dan pabrik virgin coconut oil (VCO) masing-masing telah mencapai 45 persen. ”Keterlambatan progres pembangunan pabrik karena ada kendala internal di tataran kontraktor,” tulis Syahmenan, Direktur Utama, dan Corporate Secretary Indo Pureco Pratama. 

Saat ini, perseroan melakukan produksi, dan penjualan produk Crude Coconut Oil (CCO), Kopra Meal, Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO), dengan komposisi penjualan masing-masing 91 persen, 5,7 persen, dan 3,3 persen per September 2022. (*)
