Divestasi 100 Juta Saham PTDU, Duo Dedengkot Djasa Ubersakti Raup Rp11,10 Miliar 

EmitenNews.com – Duet direksi melepas 100 juta saham Djasa Ubersakti (PTDU) senilai Rp11,10 miliar. Penjualan saham oleh dedengkot perseroan itu, dilakukan serentak pada 31 Maret 2022. Transaksi terjadi pada harga pelaksanaan Rp111 per lembar. 

Dua direksi perseroan itu melibatkan Radman Ediwena, dan Rama Adiwena. Rama mendivestasi sebanyak 50 juta lembar dengan harga pelaksanaan Rp111 per lembar sentirai Rp5,55 miliar. Menyusul transaksi itu, praktis Rama tidak lagi memiliki saham Djasa Ubersakti. Padahal, Rama sebelumnya mengaveling 50 juta lembar setara 3,33 persen.  

Hal senada juga dialami Radman. Usai melepas 50 juta lembar dengan harga pelaksanaan Rp111 per saham senilai Rp5,55 miliar, Radman juga tidak memiliki sehelai lembar saham Djasa Ubersakti. ”Transaksi divestasi dengan status kepemilikan saham secara langsung,” tutur Pio Hizkia Wehantouw, Direktur Djasa Ubersakti. 

Per 28 Februari 2022, pemegang saham Daha Ubersakti antara lain PT Teknindo Geosistem 625 juta lembar alias 41,67 persen, PT RSK Investasi 475 juta lembar setara 31,67 persen, masyarakat 168 juta lembar selevel 11,2 persen, dan Seven West Group Limited 131,99 juta lembar atau 8,8 persen. (*)
