Dongkrak Performa, Transcoal Pacific (TCPI) Borong 20 Armada Kapal Rp820 Miliar

EmitenNews.com – Transcoal Pacific (TCPI) mendapat fasilitas kredit Rp820 miliar. Dana taktis tersebut untuk memborong 20 armada kapal alias set tug and barge. Pinjaman itu mengucur dari salah bank BUMN. 

Hasil pembelian kapal tersebut sekaligus menjadi jaminan atas fasilitas kredit tersebut beserta jaminan korporasi dari TRanscoal Pacific. Pinjaman tersebut berdurasi maksimal 102 bulan. Itu berlaku sejak penandatanganan perjanjian kredit termasuk grace period, dan availability period.

Fasilitas pinjaman tersebut dikenakan suku bunga, provisi, biaya administrasi, biaya komitmen, dan denda tunggakan sesuai dengan ketentuan bank. ”Transaksi ini tidak masuk ranah afiliasi karena tidak ada hubungan afiliasi dengan pemberi pinjaman,” tulis Erizal Darwis, Direktur Transcoal Pacific. 

Transaksi tersebut tidak berdampak negatif atas kegiatan operasional perseroan. Sebaliknya, transaksi itu akan memberi efek positif. Dengan kredit investasi itu, perseroan bisa menambah armada untuk melakukan kegiatan utama usaha perseroan. 

Perseroan berharap pinjaman dengan pemakaian fasilitas kredit tersebut, perseroan akan dapat mendongkrak pendapatan. ”Dengan begitu, kelangsungan usaha tetap terjaga dan terjamin dengan baik,” tegas Erizal. (*)
