Dua Hari, Chong Thim Pheng Borong 10 Juta Saham Wilton Makmur (SQMI)

EmitenNews.com—Salah satu pemegang saham lebih dari 5 persen emiten tambang PT Wilton Makmur Indonesia Tbk (SQMI) yaitu Dato’ Sri Chong Thim Pheng telah melakukan aksi akumulasi saham yang dimilikinya secara langsung.

Merujuk data perubahan kepemilikan saham SQMI yang dimuat pada laman BEI, disebutkan Dato’ Sri Chong Thim Pheng memborong saham SQMI dalam 2 hari. Pada hari pertama 29 September 2022 terjadi di harga Rp75 per saham dengan menyerok 106.300  lembar dan pada hari berikutnya 30 September 2022 menyerok di harga Rp73-75 per saham untuk 9.893.700  lembar.

Pembelian 10 juta lembar saham SQMI oleh Dato’ Sri Chong Thim Pheng setara 0,06 persen. Dengan angka-angka transaksi tersebut maka Dato’ Sri Chong Thim Pheng merogoh dana Rp742,60 juta. Transaksi itu dilakukan oleh Dato’ Sri Chong Thim Pheng untuk tujuan personal investment.

Pasca transaksi tersebut, kepemilikan saham SQMI oleh Personal Investment menyusut mengembung jadi 6,72 persen atau setara 1.043.731.343 lembar saham dibandingkan sebelumnya 6,65 persen atau 1.033.731.343 lembar saham.
