Duta Pertiwi akan bagikan dividen tunai Rp703 miliar

JAKARTA. PT Duta Pertiwi Tbk (DUTI), pengembang properti dan real estate milik Grup Sinar Mas, mengumumkan pembagian dividen tunai sebanyak Rp703 miliar dari laba bersih tahun buku 2021.

Pembagian dividen tersebut sesuai dengan keputusan Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham (RUPS) Tahunan, yang digelar beberapa hari lalu. Dalam rapat ini, pemegang saham sepakat untuk mengalokasikan seluruh laba bersih tahun buku 2021 dan 9,10% dari saldo laba perseroan sebagai dividen tunai.

Pada 2021, DUTI mencetak laba bersih sebanyak Rp659,89 miliar. Sementar saldo laba ditahan perseroan tercatat sebanyak Rp7,23 triliun per 31 Desember 2021.

Dividen akan diberikan kepada pemegang saham DUTI, yang namanya tercatat pada saat recording date pada 24 Juni 2022. Setiap pemegang 1 lembar saham perseroan akan mendapat bagian Rp380. Pembayaran dividen akan dilaksanakan pada 30 Juni 2022.

Handoko Wibowo, Direktur DUTI, menyampaikan pembagian dividen tersebut merupakan apresiasi terhadap pemegang saham perseroan. “Besaran tersebut telah mempertimbangkan antara rencana pengembangan dan arus kas perseroan,” jelas Wibowo. (KR)
