Dwi Guna Laksana akan terbitkan MTN Rp 200 miliar

JAKARTA – PT Dwi Guna Laksana Tbk (DWGL), perusahaan tambang batu bara, akan menerbitkan Medium Term Notes (MTN) senilai Rp 200 miliar. Rencana aksi korporasi ini akan diputuskan dalam Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Luar Biasa (RUPSLB) pada 24 Mei 2022.

Ronald Tanopo, Head Legal & Compliance PT Dwi Guna Laksana Tbk (DWGL) menyampaikan nilai MTN yang diterbitkan setara 146,61% dari ekuitas perusahaan per Desember 2021 sebesar Rp 136,41 miliar. “Dana dari hasil penerbitan surat utang akan digunakan sebagai modal kerja dan pembayaran sebagian utang perusahaan (refinancing),” katanya dalam keterbukaan informasi yang dipublikasikan Kamis (14/4).

Struktur peruntukkan dana MTN antara lain, 90% untuk modal kerja DWGL dan anak usahanya dan 10% untuk refinancing. Jatuh tempo surat utang ini ditetapkan lima tahun sejak nanti diterbitkan perusahaan. PT Aldiracita Sekuritas Indonesia (ASI) ditunjuk sebagai arranger dan dapat bertindak selaku investor awal dari MTN tersebut.

Pasca aksi korporasi ini, maka aset perusahaan naik menjadi Rp 1,44 triliun dari Rp 1,24 triliun per Desember 2021, liabilitas menjadi Rp 1,30 triliun, naik dari Rp 1,10 triliun, return on aset (ROA) turun menjadi 6,52% dari 7,56%, dan return on equity (ROE) stabil di level 69,07%. (LK)
