Gandeng Asparindo, Agung Menjangan Mas (AMMS) Optimistis Raup Penjualan Rp15 Miliar

EmitenNews.com – Agung Menjangan Mas (AMMS) mengawali tahun ini dengan langkah positif. Itu dilakukan dengan menggandeng Asosiasi Pedagang Pasar Seluruh Indonesia (Asparindo). Kolaborasi itu, untuk melakukan Perdagangan Ikan Beku ke beberapa Pasar Pulau Jawa, dan seluruh Indonesia. 

Menyusul pelaksanaan kerja sama itu, perseroan mematokak ada nilai tambah bagi kinerja dengan target penambahan penjualan sekitar Rp10-15 miliar per tahun. ”Kami optimistis kerja sama membuahkan hasil positif,” tulis Hartono Limmantoro, Direktur Utama Agung Menjangan Mas. 

Apalagi, performa Agung Menjangan Mas setelah hampir 1 tahun melantai di Bursa Efek Indonesia menunjukkan arah positif. Itu dibuktikan dengan pencapaian proyeksi keuangan tahun buku 2022. Pendapatan tercatat sekitar Rp10 miliar, dan laba berkisar Rp2,5-3 miliar. 

Oleh karena itu, direksi perseroan terus melakukan peningkatan kinerja dengan inovasi-inovasi bidang jasa budidaya perikanan, dan sejenisnya. Perseroan melihat kebutuhan permintaan nasional masih cukup besar. Pemerintah Indonesia melalui kementerian agresif mendukung pelaku bisnis budidaya perikanan baik budidaya air tawar maupun laut sehingga memudahkan perseroan mencari potensi pasar jasa budidaya.

Data dan fakta itu, tidak berdampak material terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, atau kelangsungan usaha emiten sebagai perusahaan terbuka. ”Sebaliknya, transaksi tersebut akan memberi dampak positif dari keberlangsungan operasional perseroan,” tegasnya. (*)
