Grup Salim Masuk Sarana Meditama (SAME) Lewat Indolife?

JAKARTA, investor.id – Grup Salim Melalui PT Indolife Pensiontama dikabarkan akan mengempit 5% saham PT Sarana Meditama Metropolitan Tbk (SAME) atau yang lebih dikenal RS EMC, sebelumnya bernama Omni Hospitals. Aksi itu akan dilakukan melalui mekanisme Penambahan Modal Tanpa Hak Memesan Efek Terlebih Dahulu (Private Placement).

Seperti diketahui, PT Elang Mahkota Teknologi Tbk (EMTK) menguasai 76,36% sebagai saham pengendali SAME. Begitujuga dengan pengusaha mal PT Pakuwon Jati Tbk (PWON) milik taipan Alexander Tedja yang diam-diam membeli saham SAME 4,1%.

Menurut sumber Investor.id, tidak mengherankan Indolife membeli SAME, hal ini dikarenakan kedekatan Grup Salim dan Grup EMTK belakangan ini. Terbukti Salim terlebih dulu menggengam 9,08% saham EMTK.

Sebagai catatan ini bukan pertama kalinya Indolife membeli perusahaan publik yang terafiliasi dengan group EMTK. Sebelumnya mereka membeli saham PT Metropolitan Land Tbk (Metland) (MTLA), PT Bank Mega Tbk (MEGA), PT Allo Bank Indonesia Tbk (BBHI), dan PT Bukalapak.com Tbk (BUKA).

Adapun, langkah Indolife membeli saham SAME sangat tepat dan sesuai dengan ekosistem mereka yang menaungi asuransi karyawan Grup Salim.

Saat ini SAME memiliki 6 RS yaitu EMC Alam Sutera, Cikarang, Pekayon, Pulomas, Sentul dan Tangerang. Selain itu SAME juga memiliki 79,84% jaringan RS Graha Kedoya (RSGK). Aksi korporasi terakhir adalah membeli 28% saham RS Jakarta Eye Center.
