Grup Sinar Mas Cuan Rp 950 Miliar dari Saham Moratelindo (MORA)

JAKARTA, investor.id – Saham PT Mora Telematika Indonesia Tbk (MORA) atau Moratelindo kembali membentur auto reject atas (ARA) dan ditutup melesat 24,49% atau ke Rp 615 pada perdagangan Selasa (9/8/2022).

Sebelumnya, di hari pertama MORA listing di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada Senin (8/8/2022), saham ini juga mentok ARA dan ditutup terbang 24,74% ke Rp 494.

Adapun ketika menggelar penawaran umum perdana (initial public offering/IPO), MORA menetapkan harga Rp 396. Artinya, dengan dua kali ARA berturut-turut itu, saham MORA telah melesat lebih dari 55,3% dari harga IPO.

Untuk diketahui, susunan pemegang saham MORA setelah IPO, terdiri atas PT Gema Lintas Benua sebanyak 7.135.484.421 saham atau 30,17%, PT Candrakarya Multikreasi 9.653.884.260 saham atau 40,83%, PT Smart Telecom sejumlah 4.331.835.710 saham atau 18,32%, dan masyarakat dengan 2.525.464.300 saham atau 10,68%.

PT Smart Telecom merupakan anak usaha dari PT Smartfren Telecom Tbk (FREN) yang berada di bawah naungan Grup Sinar Mas.

Jika menggunakan asumsi harga IPO, maka kepemilikan Smart Telecom di MORA mencapai Rp 1,71 triliun. Dan, dengan menggunakan asumsi harga penutupan Selasa ini di Rp 615, maka nilai kepemilikan Smart Telecom di MORA menjadi Rp 2,66 triliun. Artinya, nilai kepemilikan Smart Telecom di MORA bertambah hampir Rp 950 miliar dalam waktu dua hari.

Kendati demikian, saham MORA yang dipunyai Smart Telecom tersebut masih dilarang untuk dialihkan sebagian atau seluruhnya, alias kena lock-up, sampai dengan delapan bulan setelah pernyataan pendaftaran penawaran umum perdana saham menjadi efektif.

Selain yang dipunyai Smart Telecom, saham MORA yang dikuasai Gema Lintas Benua dan Candrakarya Multikreasi juga terkena lock-up.
