Gurih Nih, MFIN Bakal Guyur Investor dengan 40% Laba 2021 untuk Dividen!

EmitenNews.com – PT Mandala Multifinance Tbk (MFIN) menggunakan 40% perolehan labanya untuk dividen ke pemegang saham. Adapun perolehan laba bersih perusahaan pada 2021 mencapai Rp485 miliar. Artinya, sekitar Rp194 miliar akan digunakan untuk dividen pemegang saham.

“Untuk laba 2021, 40% kami bagikan sebagai dividen dan sisanya kami jadikan laba yang kami pakai ulang dan laba ditahan di 2022,” kata Christel Lasmana, Direktur Keuangan Mandala Finance, saat Paparan Kinerja Tahun Fiskal 2021 di Jakarta Pusat, Jumat (8/4/2022).

Dia melanjutkan, laba yang ditahan kemudian akan digunakan untuk kebutuhan belanja modal atau capital expenditure (capex), investasi, dan disalurkan kembali menjadi pembiayaan di 2022.

“Untuk capex sendiri, sebenarnya di tahun ini kami sudah cadangkan sekitar Rp35 miliar untuk Mantis di pusat. Untuk detail capex yang lainnya, termasuk aset dan bangunan, akan kami paparkan di kesempatan lain,” jelas Christel.

Sementara itu, terkait pembiayaan, Mandala Finance telah menyalurkan pembiayaan sebesar Rp5 triliun pada 2021. Angka ini tumbuh 74,14% bila dibandingkan dengan penyaluran di 2020.

Di sisi lain, pembiayaan syariah yang dilakukan perusahaan pada 2021 mencapai 20%. Menurut Christel, perusahaan berencana untuk meningkatkan targetnya menjadi 34%.

“Dan itu semua didukung oleh investor-investor ICD dan perbankan syariah, ditambah dengan sukuk bunga yang akan kami terbitkan tahun ini,” tuturnya.
