Hartadinata Abadi dapat tambahan tenor dan plafon kredit dari BJBR

JAKARTA. PT Hartadinata Abadi Tbk (HRTA) telah menandatangani perjanjian penambahan fasilitas kredit dengan PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Barat dan Banten Tbk (BJBR).

Dalam perjanjian tersebut HRTA mendapat tambahan tenor atas Fasilitas Kredit Modal Kerja Non Revolving (KMK) R/C Terbatas 1 menjadi 4 tahun, dari sebelumnya selama 1 tahun. Perseroan juga mendapat bunga yang lebih rendah yaitu 10,5% atas fasilitas kredit senilai Rp285 miliar ini, dari sebelumnya 11%.

Di samping itu, HRTA juga mendapatkan tambahan plafon atas Fasilitas Kredit Modal Kerja (KMK) R/C Terbatas 2, dari Rp350 miliar menjadi Rp700 miliar. Perseroan juga mendapat bunga yang lebih rendah atas fasilitas kredit ini, dari 11% menjadi 10,5%.

“Penggunaan dana dari perjanjian ini akan digunakan oleh perseroan untuk tambahan modal kerja perseroan,” kata Sandra Sunanto, Direktur Utama HRTA, lewat keterangan resmi di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) hari ini.

Sunanto menambahkan, revisi atas kedua fasilitas kredit tersebut bukan termasuk transaksi material, sebagaimana diatur oleh Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK). Selain itu, kata Sunanto, HRTA tidak memiliki hubungan afiliasi dengan BJBR. (KR)
