Ikuti Jejak Direksi, Komisaris Ini Borong 3,8 Juta Saham Bukalapak (BUKA) Rp266 per Lembar

EmitenNews.com – Rd Adi Wardhana Sariaatmadja ikut memborong saham Bukalapak.com (BUKA) Rp1,01 miliar. Sebagai komisaris, Adi setidaknya membeli 3,8 juta lembar. Transaksi dilakukan pada harga Rp266 per lembar.

Aksi pembelian itu, telah dilakukan pada 13 Juni 2022. Transaksi tersebut diklaim semata untuk investasi. ”Transaksi dengan tujuan investasi dengan status kepemilikan saham secara langsung,” tulis Perdana A. Saputro, VP Corporate Secretary Bukalapak.com.

Menyusul transaksi itu, porsi kepemilikan saham Adi bertambah menjadi 0,7497 persen setara dengan 772,58 juta lembar. Menanjak 0,0038 persen dari sebelum transaksi dengan hanya menggenggam sebanyak  768,78 juta lembar.

Sebelumnya, pada 9 Juni 2022, Teddy Nuryanto Oetomo memborong saham Bukalapak senilai Rp540 juta. Salah satu direktur perseroan itu, membeli 1,8 juta lembar dengan harga pelaksanaan Rp300 per saham. Pembelian saham dilakukan dengan tujuan investasi langsung. 

Menyusul transaksi itu, Teddy kini mengempit 158,79 juta lembar alias 0,154 persen. Bertambah 0,0017 persen dari sebelumnya 156,99 juta lembar setara 0,1523 persen. Teddy memborong saham perseroan di tengah harga Bukalapak bergejolak. (*)
