EmitenNews.com – Integra Indocabinet (WOOD) menyiapkan anggaran Rp50 miliar. Belanja tersebut buyback 100 juta saham pada harga pelaksanaan maksimum Rp500 per eksemplar. Durasi buyback saham sepanjang tiga bulan.

Tepatnya, berlaku efektif sejak Kamis, 9 Maret 2023 hingga Jumat, 9 Juni 2023. Pembelian kembali akan dilaksanakan melalui transaksi di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI), dan untuk itu perseroan akan menggunakan jasa dari perantara pedagang efek. 

Pembelian kembali diharapkan dapat menstabilkan harga dalam kondisi pasar fluktuatif, selain memberikan keyakinan kepada investor atas nilai saham perseroan secara fundamental. Buyback saham juga memberikan fleksibilitas bagi perseroan dalam mengelola modal jangka panjang. 

Di mana, saham treasuri dapat dijual di masa mendatang dengan nilai optimal jika perseroan memerlukan penambahan modal. Pelaksanaan buyback tidak berdampak terhadap pendapatan perseroan. ”Hanya, mengurangi jumlah saham beredar, namun tidak berdampak signifikan terhadap laba per saham,” tulis Wang Sutrisno, Direktur Integra Indocabinet.

Nah, dalam menjalankan misi buyback itu, perseroan memiliki modal kerja, dan cadangan dana memadai. Pembelian kembali akan dibiayai dari kas internal, sehingga tidak membutuhkan pembiayaaan tambahan, dan tidak berdampak signifikan kepada penurunan pendapatan. ”Biaya imbal jasa buyback sekitar 0,11 persen,” imbuhnya.
