Integrasi dengan Semen Indonesia, Saham Semen Baturaja (SMBR) Dikerek ke Rp 750

JAKARTA, Investor.id – Harga saham PT Semen Baturaja Tbk (SMBR) disebut-sebut akan dikerek ke level Rp 750 dalam waktu dekat, seiring dengan inbreng saham perseroan ke dalam PT Semen Indonesia Tbk (SMGR).

Sumber Investor Daily mengatakan, momentum ini akan dimanfaatkan sejumlah fund manager untuk memburu saham SMBR. Apalagi Semen Baturaja akan menjadi perusahaan yang paling diuntungkan dari aksi korporasi tersebut.

“Fund manager menilai akuisisi saham SMBR oleh Semen Indonesia akan memberikan manfaat terbesar bagi SMBR. Seperti, SMBR bisa mengakses pasar lebih besar melalui jaringan penjualan Semen Indonesia. Hal ini diharapkan mendongkrak penjualan perseroan, sehingga saham SMBR mulai diburu pemodal,” terangnya di Jakarta.

Tidak hanya itu, dia mengatakan, aksi kerek saham SMBR didukung lompatan kinerja keuangan dengan peningkatan pendapatan sebesar 8% menjadi Rp 825,50 miliar pada semester I-2022. Sedangkan laba bersih melesat 495% dari Rp 2,65 miliar menjadi Rp 15,78 miliar.

Dengan potensi masuknya SMBR ke grup Semen Indonesia ditambah dengan lonjakan laba bersih perseoran, sumber tersebut mengatakan, harga saham SMBR saat ini sudah tidak realistis, apalagi harga tersebut sudah berada di level penutupan akhir tahun lalu Rp 625, dibandingkan penutupan kemarin Rp 530.
