Jalani Suspensi 18-30 Bulan, Lima Emiten Ini Antre Delisting

EmitenNews.com – Lima emiten tengah mengantre menuju jurang delisting. Ancaman delisting karena perusahaan telah menjalani suspensi mulai 18 bulan hingga 30 bulan. Kelima emiten itu, melibatkan Mas Murni (MAMI), Forza Land (FORZ), Grand Kartech (KRAH), Sinergi Megah Internusa (NUSA), dan Steadfast Marine (KPAL). 

Mas Murni jalani pemasungan 18 bulan, dan suspensi akan berumur 24 bulan pada 30 Agustus 2023. Pemegang saham Mas Murni antara lain Brendfield Investments Limited 3,4 miliar lembar atau 27,63 persen, Sentratama Kencana 791 juta lembar alias 6,43 persen, dan masyarakat 8,11 miliar eksemplar setara 65,94 persen. 

Selanjutnya, Forza Land menjalani suspensi 18 bulan. Per 30 April 2021, pemegang saham Forza Land antara lain Freddy Setiawan 17,24 Persen, Forza Indonesia 12,31 persen, Reksa Dana Narada 8,21 persen, BP25 SG/BNP Paribas 6,77 persen, Bos Ltd S/A Freddy 0,25 persen, dan publik 55,22 persen. 

Berikutnya, Grand Kartech per 31 Agustus 2022 telah melakoni suspensi sepanjang 24 bulan. Per 31 Mei 2021, pemegang saham Grand Kartech yaitu Sutardja Dinamika 71,82 persen, Adrindo Inti Perkasa 5,04 persen, Swastika Muliajaya 6,86 persen, Antonius Gunawan Gho 5,42 persen, dan masyarakat 10,86 persen. 

Sinergi Megah Internusa telah menjalani pembekuan 30 bulan per 28 Februari 2023. Per 31 Januari 2023, pemegang saham Sinergi Megah yaitu Kejaksaan Agung 38,01 persen, dan masyarakat 61,99 persen. Komisaris, dan direksi perseroan yaitu Benny Tjokrosaputro Komisaris Utama, Unggul K Yudoyono Komisaris, dan Sihol Siagian Komisaris Independen. Direktur Utama Ir Iwandono, Direktur Herman Susanto, dan Direktur Andrianto Kasigit.

Dan, terakhir Steadfast telah melakoni suspensi 18 bulan, dan pada 30 Agustus 2023, akan mencapai 24 bulan. Per 30 September 2020, pemegang Steadfast antara lain Eddy Kurniawan Logam 19,91 persen, Rudy Kurniawan Logam 13,38 persen, Yusnita Logam 12,01 persen, dan lain-lain di bawah lima persen yaitu 54,70 persen.
