Jangan Sampai Kelewat, ini Jadwal Pembagian Dividen Bank OCBC NISP

EmitenNews.com – Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Tahun (RUPST) PT Bank OCBC NISP Tbk (NISP), Selasa (5/4) menyetujui pembagian dividen tunai sebesar Rp22 per lembar saham. Hasil RUSPT Tahun buku 2021, emiten bank itu akan membayarkan total dividen tunai kepada pemegang saham sebesar Rp504,79 miliar atau 20 persen dari total laba bersih tahun buku 2021.

RUPST juga menyepakati penyisihan  dari laba bersih sebesar Rp100 juta untuk cadangan umum dan sisanya sebesar Rpp2,014 triliun ditetapkan sebagai laba ditahan.

NISP mencetak laba bersih sebesar Rp2,5 triliun pada tahun 2021, atau tumbuh 20 persen dibandingkan tahun 2020.

Jadwal pembagian dividen Bank OCBC NISP sebagai berikut. Cum dividen pasar reguler dan negosiasi pada 13 April 2022. Ex dividen pasar reguler dan negosiasi pada 5 April 2022. Cum dividen pasar tunai pada 18 April 2022, dan ex dividen pasar tunai pada 19 April 2022. 

Tanggal daftar pemegang saham (DPS) berhak atas dividen tunai pada 18 April 2022 pukul 16.00 WIB. Tanggal pembayaran dividen pada 6 Mei 2022. Bank OCBC NISP memiliki ekuitas Rp32,32 triliun.
