Jelang Jatuh Tempo, Indofood Makmur (INDF) Siap Lunasi Obligasi Rp2 Triliun

EmitenNews.com – PT Indofood Sukses Makmur (INDF) menyiapkan dana pelunasan surat utang senilai Rp2 triliun. Obligasi Indofood Sukses Makmur VIII Tahun 2017 itu, akan jatuh tempo pada 26 Mei 2022. 

Sumber dana pelunasan obligasi tersebut pinjaman dari sejumlah perbankan. Hanya, Indofood tidak membeber bank lokal atau asing. ”Kami sangat siap melunasi obligasi tersebut,” tutur Victor Suhendra, Corporate Secretary Indofood Sukses Makmur. 

Dana pelunasan itu, klaim manajemen akan disetorkan melalui Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI). Tepatnya, penyetoran dilakukan pada 25 Mei 2022. Artinya, hanya berjarak sehari sebelum obligasi jatuh tempo. 

Sekadar informasi, Indofood menerbitkan obligasi VIII tahun 2017 sejumlah Rp2 triliun. Surat utang itu, mengantongi peringkat idAA+ dengan prospek stabil dari Pefindo. Dana hasil penawaran obligasi untuk melunasi utang pokok obligasi Indofood Sukses Makmur Tahun 2012 sebesar Rp2 triliun. 

Bertindak sebagai penjamin pelaksana emisi obligasi antara lain PT Mandiri Sekuritas, PT BCA Sekuritas, PT CIMB Sekuritas Indonesia, PT DBS Vickers Sekuritas Indonesia, PT Indo Premier Sekuritas dan PT Trimegah Sekuritas Indonesia. (*)
