Jelang Rights Issue, Saham BKSL Upgrade ke Rp 100

JAKARTA, Investor.id – Saham PT Sentul City Tbk (BKSL) upgrade ke level Rp 100 menjelang pelaksanaan penerbitan saham baru (rights issue) dengan target dana mencapai Rp 5 triliun. Apalagi dana tersebut digunakan untuk menambah cadangan lahan.

Seoran sumber Investor Daily mengatakan, masuknya dana jumbo dari penerbitan saham baru tersebut akan membuat fundamental perseroan kuat, yaitu utang akan turun drastis, memiliki modal untuk pengembangan, dan dimanfaatkan untuk akuisisi lahan.

Tidak hanya itu, dia mengatakan, PT Sakti Generasi Perdana selaku pengendali dengan kepemilikan 52,68% saham BKSL berkomitmen untuk melaksanakan haknya dalam rights issue tersebut. Bahkan, Sakti Generasi siap menjadi pembeli siaga sisa saham rights issue yang tidak dieksekusi pemegang saham lainnya.

“Keikutsertaan pengendali dalam rights issue dan bersedia menjadi pembeli siaga menjadi signal positif terhadap prospek bisnis perseroan ke depan. Hal ini bisa mendongkrak harga sahamnya dalam waktu dekat,” terangnya.

Selain itu, dia mengatakan, harga saham BKSL kini masih ditransaksi di bawah harga wajar dengan mempertimbangkan book value senilai Rp 133,9 per saham. Sedangkan price to book value mencapai 0,38%. Perseroan juga didukung cadangan lahan yang besar sebagai sentimen positif bagi perseroan.
