Jual Aset buat Ekspansi, Saham Mustika Ratu (MRAT) Upgrade ke Rp 650

JAKARTA, investor.id –  Harga saham PT Mustika Ratu Tbk (MRAT) mengalami upgrade ke level Rp 650 oleh sejumlah fund manager, seiring dengan divestasi sejumlah aset untuk pengembangan bisnis perseroan ke depan.

Sumber Investor Daily mengatakan, divestasi aset tanah tersebut menunjukkan keyakinan manajemen terhadap pengembangan bisnis perseroan. Selain itu, rencana penjualan tanah senilai Rp 199,4 miliar tersebut akan mendongkrak laba bersih perseroan, sehingga laba bersih per saham meningkat.

“Penjualan aset tanah tersebut akan membuat laba bersih perseroan tahun ini melesat, sehingga beberapa investor mulai mengoleksi saham MRAT dengan target harga menuju level Rp 650,” terangnya, kemarin.

Hal lebih penting lagi, kata dia, penjualan aset tersebut akan membuat pendanaan MRAT lebih kuat untuk ekspansi bisnis. Apalagi, MRAT merupakan produsen kecantikan terkenal dan pemain lama di Indonesia, sehingga perseroan telah memiliki pengetahuan yang lebih luas terhadap pengembangan bisnis ke depan.

Selain faktor tersebut, ugrade saham MRAT menggambarkan mulai gencarnya ekspor produk hingga merangsek 32 negara. Bahkan, perseroan berhasil masuk pasar Jepang yang nota bene memiliki aturan yang sangat ketat terhadap produk kecantikan.

Dia menambahkan, peluang penguatan harga saham perseroan juga didukung komitmen pengendali MRAT yang tetap mempertahankan kepemilikan saham terbesar mencapai 71,26%. Pengendali belum berniat melepas kepemilikan sahamnya, seiring sejumlah prospek bisnis dalam jangka panjang.
