Kalbe Farma alokasikan Rp 1 triliun untuk buy back

JAKARTA – PT Kalbe Farma Tbk (KLBF) mengalokasikan anggaran hingga Rp 1 triliun guna membeli kembali (buy back) 588 juta saham mulai hari ini hingga tiga bulan ke depan (8/5). Vidjongtius, Direktur Utama PT Kalbe Farma Tbk (KLBF) menyampaikan dalam keterbukaan informasi dikutip Rabu (9/2).

“Perusahaan membatasi harga pembelian saham maksimum Rp 1.700 per saham. Pembelian kembali saham diharapkan menstabilkan harga dalam kondisi pasar yang fluktuatif dan memberikan kepastian kepada investor atas nilai saham perusahaan,” katanya.

Disampaikannya bahwa sumber dana untuk aksi korporasi itu berasal dari kas internal dan pinjaman. Biaya bunga yang akan dikeluarkan perusahaan untuk pembiayaan buy back itu diperkirakan Rp 29 miliar per tahun.

Pelaksanaan aksi korporasi itu tidak menunggu persetujuan Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Luar Biasa (RUPSLB) mengacu ada peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) tentang pembelian kembali dalam kondisi pasar yang berfluktuasi signifikan. (LK)
