Kapok Rugi, Laba Alam Sutera (ASRI) Terbang 806,98 Persen Jadi Rp145,69 Miliar

EmitenNews.com – PT Alam Sutera Realty (ASRI) sepanjang 2021 mengantongi penjualan Rp2,85 triliun. Melejit 99,30 persen dari periode sama 2020 di kisaran Rp1,43 triliun. Laba bruto Rp1,51 triliun, melesat 155,93 persen dari edisi sama 2020 dengan laba bruto Rp596,56 miliar.

Merujuk laporan keuangan Alam Sutera Selasa (5/4), laba sebelum beban pajak tercatat Rp158,48 miliar. Melangit 116,50 persen dari periode sama dengan mencatat rugi sebelum beban pajak Rp960,03 miliar. Sedang laba tahun berjalan dapat diatribusikan ke pemilik entitas induk Rp145,69 miliar. Melesat 806,98 persen dari periode sama 2020 dengan tabulasi rugi Rp1,03 triliun.

Hanya, jumlah liabilitas mencapai Rp12,39 triliun, meningkat dari periode sama edisi 31 Desember 2020 sejumlah Rp11,84 triliun. Jumlah aset mencapai Rp21,93 triliun, naik tipis dari jumlah aset periode sama 31 Desember 2020 sebesar Rp21,23 triliun. (*)
