Kejar Kolaborasi Baru, Kioson (KIOS) Disebut-sebut Dikerek ke Rp 600

JAKARTA, Investor.id – Harga saham PT Kioson Komersial Indonesia Tbk (KIOS) bakal diangkat sejumlah fund manager ke level Rp 600 dalam waktu dekat. Aksi beli tersebut didorong kabar yang menyebutkan kolaborasi bisnis dengan perusahaan e-commerce besar di Indonesia.

Seorang sumber menyebutkan, Kioson tengah gencar menambah gudang sejalan dengan pesatnya perkembangan industru e-commerce di Indonesia. Ekspansi tersebut menarik minat beberapa perusahaan e-commerce untuk berkolaborasi, sehingga bisa menguntungkan perseroan ke depan.

“Ekspansi besar-besaran di bidang pergudangan dengan rencana pengoperasian 1.000 gudang menarik minat perusahaan e-commerce untuk berkolaborasi. Jika ini terealisasi, harga saham KIOS bakal melesat dalam waktu dekat,” terangnya.

Kenaikan harga saham, ungkap dia, juga didukung tuntasnya penambahan modal dengan hak memesan efek terlebih dahulu (HMETD). Aksi korporasi ini diperkirakan dapat menggalang dana sekitar Rp 107,58 miliar dengan peruntukan mayoritas untuk pengembangan gudang baru.

Dengan masuknya dana segar tersebut, terang dia, potensi pertumbuhan kinerja keuangan Kioson kian terbuka ke depan. Apalagi mayoritas dana dimanfaatkan untuk ekspansi.
