Kemarin Naik Hingga ARA, BEI Suspensi Lagi Saham KONI

EmitenNews.com – Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) kembali melakukan penghentian sementara (suspensi) atas perdagangan saham PT Perdana Bangun Pusaka Tbk. (KONI).

Pada perdagangan kemarin Saham KONI naik dari harga pembukaan Rp3.450 per saham melonjak jadi Rp4.310 pada penutupan sore hari, naik 24,92 persen atau menyentuh ARA.

Lonjakan itu di topang oleh frekuensi sebanyak 1.201 kali,nilai transaksi Rp1,80 miliar dan volume sebanyak 441.700 saham.

Kepala Divisi Pengawasan Transaksi BEI Lidia M Panjaitan menuturkan, dihentikannya perdagangan saham KONI tersebut karena telah terjadi peningkatan harga kumulatif yang signifikan. “Oleh karena itu dalam rangka cooling down, BEI memandang perlu untuk melakukan penghentian sementara perdagangan saham KONI, pada perdagangan tanggal 28 Januari 2022,”tegasnya.

Lidia menyebutkan bahwa penghentian sementara perdagangan Saham KONI tersebut dilakukan di Pasar Reguler dan Pasar Tunai, mulai sesi I perdagangan tanggal 28 Januari 2022 sampai dengan Pengumuman Bursa lebih lanjut. “Bursa menghimbau kepada pihak-pihak yang berkepentingan untuk selalu memperhatikan keterbukaan informasi yang disampaikan oleh Perseroan.”terangnya. 

Sebelumnya PT Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada 25 Januari 2022 memberikan sanksi suspensi terhadap saham PT Perdana Bangun Pusaka Tbk (KONI). Sebelumnya lagi KONI masuk radar pemantauan Bursa (UMA) akibat mengalami pergerakan harga secara tidak wajar.
