Kino Indonesia (KINO) Kantongi Pinjaman dari Anak Usaha Rp200 Miliar

EmitenNews.com  – PT Kino Indonesia Tbk. (KINO) memperoleh tambahan pinjaman dari anak usahanya yaitu PT. Dutalestari Sentratama (DLS) pada tanggal 26 September 2022.

Budi Muljono Direktur dan Sekretaris KINO dalam keterangan resmi Rabu (28/9) mmenyampaikan bahwa KINO memperoleh tambahan pinjaman sebesar Rp200 miliar dari DLS, sebelumnya KINO juga memperoleh Rp100 miliar.

Sebagai informasi, DLS adalah perusahan yang dikendalikan oleh KINO dengan kepemilikan saham sebesar 99,97% dari modal disetor DLS sehingga merupakan transaksi afiliasi dan tidak mengandung benturan kepentingan sesuai regulasi OJK dalam POJK 42/2020.

Lebih lanjut Budi memaparkan pertimbangan dilakukan transaksi ini guna memaksimalkan pemanfaatan dana yang tersedia untuk menunjang proses bisnis perseroan dalam melaksanakan kegiatan operasional.

“Transaksi ini bukan merupakan transaksi material sesuai regulasi OJK dalam POJK 17/2020,” pungkasnya.
