KMDS beli lahan komersi di PIK 2 Rp 45 miliar

JAKARTA – PT Kurniamitra Duta Sentosa Tbk (KMDS) membeli lahan di kawasan komersial Pantai Indah Kapuk (PIK) 2, Jakarta Utara senilai Rp 45 miliar dari PT Kukuh Mandiri Lestari (KML), pihak yang tidak berafiliasi dengan perusahaan. Hengky Wijaya, Direktur Utama PT Kurniamitra Duta Sentosa Tbk (KMDS) menyampaikan hal itu dalam keterbukaan informasi dikutip Jumat (11/3).

“Nilai transaksi itu setara 34,79% dari total ekuitas perusahaan per Desember 2021 sebanyak Rp 129,91 miliar,” katanya.

Menurut dia, tanah yang dibeli seluas 1.826 m2 di Kavling Komersil Blok A No.021 PIK 2. Kawasan itu dinilai sangat strategis dan berkembang pesat dan dinilai lokasi yang pas untuk dibangun gedung kantor perusahaan. “Sumber pendanaan untuk transaksi itu berasal dari internal kas perusahaan,” katanya.

Per September 2021, KDMS mencatatkan kas dan setara kas sebanyak Rp 40,90 miliar dengan total aset lancar Rp 99,55 miliar dan aset tidak lancar Rp 72,78 miliar. (LK)
