Kompak, Sejumlah Direksi Borong 872.600 Saham Bayan Resources (BYAN) Miliaran Rupiah

EmitenNews.com – Sejumlah direksi PT Bayan Resources (BYAN) secara berjemaah memborong saham perseroan senilai Rp6,47 miliar. Itu dilakukan dengan menyerok 872.600 lembar. Pembelian dilakukan dengan harga pelaksanaan Rp30 ribu.

Parade pembelian saham itu diawali Direktur Bayan Resources Oliver Khaw Har Heng dengan menjaring 20 ribu lembar pada harga Rp30 ribu per saham senilai Rp600 juta. Dengan transaksi itu, Oliver mengempit saham Bayan meningkat menjadi 70 ribu saham atau 0,0021 persen dari sebelumnya 50 ribu saham atau 0,0015 persen.

Lalu, diikuti Russel John Neil. Direktur Bayan itu, menyerok 400 ribu lembar dengan harga Rp30 ribu per saham, sejumlah Rp1,2 miliar. Menyusul aksi itu, koleksi saham Russel memiliki 700 ribu lembar setara 0,021 persen dari sebelumnya hanya 300 ribu saham alias 0,009 persen.   

Selanjutnya, Direktur dan Chief Financial Officer Bayan Alastair Gordon Christopher Mcleod membeli 400 ribu saham pada harga pelaksanaan Rp30 ribu per saham senilai Rp1,2 miliar. Alhasil, Russel menggenggam saham Bayan sebanyak 700 ribu lembar atau 0,021 persen dari sebelumnya 300 ribu saham atau 0,009 persen.

Aksi itu disudahi dengan pembelian Dato’ Low Tuck Kwong. Ya, sebagai Direktur Utama Bayan, Dato’ Low tuck Kwong menyapu 52.600 lembar saham pada harga Rp66.110 per saham senilai Rp3,47 miliar. Setelah pembelian itu, Low Tuck Kwong 820.000 saham pada harga Rp30 ribu per saham sejumlah Rp24,6 miliar. Menyusul transaksi itu, Dato’ Low Tuck Kwong memiliki 2,03 miliar lembar atau sebanyak 61,17 persen. (*)
