Laba Ciputra (CTRA) Lampaui Estimasi, Potensi Gain Sahamnya Masih Tinggi

JAKARTA, investor.id – PT Ciputra Development Tbk (CTRA) berhasil mencetak kinerja keuangan dengan raihan laba bersih melampaui perkiraan. Lonjakan tersebut didukung oleh peningkatan pendapatan dan penurunan beban bunga.

Ciputra Development mencetak lonjakan laba bersih sebesar 108% menjadi Rp 1 triliun pada semester I-2022 dibandingkan periode sama tahun lalu yang sebesar Rp 483 miliar. Pendapatan perseroan juga melesat 16% dari Rp 4,02 triliun menjadi Rp 4,66 triliun. Lonjakan laba bersih sejalan dengan peningkatan margin keuntungan bersih dari 12% menjadi 22%.

“Realisasi laba bersih tersebut sudah melampaui estimasi atau setara dengan 67% dari target Mandiri Sekuritas dan merefleksikan 62% dari konsensus analis. Begitu juga dengan raihan pendapatan sudah merefleksikan 58% dari target Mandiri Sekuritas dan 42% dari konsensus analis,” tulis Mandiri Sekuritas dalam risetnya.

Dengan berbagai faktor tersebut, Mandiri Sekuritas merekomendasikan beli saham CTRA dengan target harga Rp 1.450. Target harga ini merefleksikan proyeksi kenaikan laba bersih CTRA menjadi Rp 1,49 triliun dan pendapatan senilai Rp 8,1 triliun tahun ini.

Sementara itu, hingga berita ini ditayangkan, CTRA menguat Rp 30 (3%) ke level Rp 1.000. Dengan mengacu pada harga tersebut, potensi gain CTRA masih tinggi mencapai 45%.
