Laba Melejit, Tower Bersama (TBIG) Putuskan Tebar Dividen Rp800 Miliar

EmitenNews.com – PT Tower Bersama Infrastructure (TBIG) akan menggelontorkan dividen senilai Rp800 miliar. Anggaran itu setara 52 persen dari laba bersih 2021 sejumlah Rp1,55 triliun. Pemegang saham akan menikmati dividen Rp36 per lembar. 

Manajemen Tower Bersama mengklaim dividen itu, meningkat dari tahun sebelumnya, yaitu Rp692 miliar. Dan, keputusan pembagian dividen tersebut telah disetujui dalam Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Tahunan (RUPST) perseroan, Senin (23/5).

Sepanjang tahun lalu, Tower Bersama mengoleksi pendapatan Rp6,17 triliun. Itu meningkat 15,99 persen dari periode akhir 2020 sebesar Rp5,32 triliun. Laba kotor Rp4,7 triliun, naik 11,15 persen dari periode sama tahun lalu Rp4,23 triliun. Laba bersih Rp1,54 triliun, naik 53,42 persen dari tahun lalu Rp1 triliun.

Tahun ini, perseroan mengalokasikan belanja modal atau capital expenditure (capex) hingga Rp3 triliun. Berdasar rencana, belanja modal untuk pertumbuhan organik, kolokasi, dan fiber optic. Tahun ini, perseroan mematok 3.500 tenan. Kini, Tower Bersama memiliki sekitar 40 ribu tenan. (*)
