Lagi, Adaro Energy (ADRO) Perpanjang Periode Buyback Rp4 Triliun

EmitenNews.com – PT Adaro Energy Indonesia (ADRO) kembali memperpanjang periode pembelian saham kembali (buyback) senilai Rp4 triliun. Itu kali ketiga alias hattrick emiten besutan Boy Thohir itu menggeser masa buyback. Durasi terbaru buyback mulai 20 Juni 2022 hingga 19 September 2022. 

Adaro memperpanjang jangka waktu pembelian kembali saham sepanjang 3 bulan mendatang. ”Perpanjangan selama 3 bulan berlaku sejak tanggal keterbukaan informasi ini. Pasalnya,, buyback saham berakhir pada 21 Juni 2022,” tulis Sekretaris Perusahaan Adaro Energy Mahardika Putranto.

Perpanjangan periode buyback itu, merujuk pada surat perseroan nomor AE/173/XII-21/MP/aps perihal Laporan Informasi atau Fakta Material Perseroan sehubungan dengan perpanjangan periode Pembelian Kembali Saham Perseroan. 

Perseroan berkeyakinan pelaksanaan buyback tidak akan memberi pengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja, dan pendapatan, Maklum, saldo laba dan arus kas perseroan tersedia saat ini sangat mencukupi untuk kebutuhan dana pelaksanaan buyback.

Adaro menjadwal buyback secara bertahap dalam periode tiga bulan sejak 27 September 2021 sampai dengan 26 Desember 2021. Kemudian, Adaro memperpanjang buyback kedua pada 24 Desember 2021 hingga 23 Maret 2022. Nah, untuk kali ketiga periode buyback diperpanjang hingga 21 Juni 2022.

Alasan perpanjangan periode buyback karena masih ada sejumlah saham dapat dibeli kembali dari ketentuan jumlah maksimal buyback sebagaimana diatur POJK Nomor 2/2013 tentang pembelian kembali saham yang dikeluarkan oleh emiten atau perusahaan publik dalam kondisi pasar berfluktuasi secara signifikan.

Sekadar informasi, Adaro melakukan buyback Rp4 triliun. Rencana buyback tidak akan melebihi 20 persen dari modal disetor dan tetap menjaga jumlah saham beredar di publik alias free float 7,5 persen. (*)
