Lego 976,6 Juta Saham Tower Bersama (TBIG), Saratoga Investama Raup Rp2,76 Triliun

EmitenNews.com – Saratoga Investama Sedaya (SRTG) mengantongi dana taktis Rp2,76 triliun. Itu diperoleh dari pelepasan saham Tower Bersama Infrastructure (TBIG) 976.600.000 helai atau 976,6 juta lembar pada harga pelaksanaan Rp2.830 per saham.

Transaksi pada 20 September 2022 itu, dilakukan perseroan melalui anak usaha yaitu PT Wahana Anugerah Sejahtera (WAS). Menyusul transaksi itu, tabulasi saham milik Saratoga Investama di Tower Bersama secara tidak langsung via Wahana Anugerah menjadi 1.121.721.840 lembar atau 1,12 miliar lembar setara 4,95 persen. 

Mengalami reduksi 4,31 persen dari sebelum transaksi dengan donasi saham sebanyak 2,09 miliar lembar alias selevel dengan porsi kepemilikan 9,26 persen. ”Transaksi divestasi dengan status kepemilikan saham secara langsung,” tulis Juan Akbar Indraseno, Divisi Hukum dan Sekretariat Perusahaan Saratoga Investama Sedaya. 

Sementara itu, kepemilikan saham Saratoga Investama secara tidak langsung melalui Bersama Digital Infrastructure Asia Pte Ltd sebesar 16.617.514.923 alias 16,61 miliar lembar atau setara 73,34 persen dari seluruh modal ditempatkan, dan disetor Tower Bersama.

Sekadar informasi, Bersama Digital Infrastructure dahulu bernama Provident Consolidated Holding Pte Ltd, entitas usaha didirikan berdasar hukum negara Singapura, dan dimiliki saham 30,12 persen oleh Lynwood Hills Investment Solution Pte Ltd. Lynwood didirikan berdasar hukum Singapura, dan 100 persen sahamnya dimiliki WAS. (*)
