Lewat BCA Sekuritas, Nippon Indosari (ROTI) Siapkan Rp227,27 M Buat Buy Back

EmitenNews.com – PT Nippon Indosari Corpindo Tbk (ROTI) akan melakukan pembelian kembali saham perseroan atau  buy back saham yang akan dilaksanakan pada besok Kamis tanggal 21 April hingga 20 Juli 2022.

Direktur ROTI, Arlina Sofia dalam keterangan resmi hari ini Rabu (20/4) menyampaikan bahwa dana yang disiapkan untuk  buy back saham tersebut diperkirakan sekitar Rp227,27 miliar atau sebanyak 133.691.299 lembar saham.

“Perseroan membatasi harga pembelian saham sebesar maksimum Rp1.700 per lembar,”tuturnya.

Lebih lanjut ia mengungkapkan, buy back saham ini akan dilaksanakan di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI), dan untuk itu Perseroan akan menggunakan jasa dari perantara pedagang efek. Dalam hal ini, Perseroan telah menunjuk PT BCA Sekuritas sebagai perusahaan efek yang akan melakukan transaksi pembelian saham.

“Pembelian kembali saham ini dapat menstabilkan harga dalam kondisi pasar yang fluktuatif. Buy back atas shama Perseroan juga memberikan fleksibelitas bagi Perseroan dalam mengelola modal jangka panjang, dimana saham treasuri dapat di jual di masa yang akan datang dengan nilai yang optimal jika Perserpan memerlukan penambahan modal,”tegasnya.
