JAKARTA, investor.id – Kepemilikan investor kawakan Lo Kheng Hong atas saham PT Petrosea Tbk (PTRO) terpantau berkurang.

Data Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI) menunjukkan bahwa Lo Kheng Hong menggenggam 151.432.100 saham PTRO atau tinggal 15,01% per 5 September 2022.

Padahal, per 2 September 2022, Lo Kheng Hong masih mempunyai 151.480.600 saham PTRO atau 15,02%. Artinya, data per 5 September 2022 menunjukkan penyusutan sebanyak 48.500 saham.

Adapun pada perdagangan Rabu (7/9/2022), PTRO dibuka di Rp 3.110 atau sama dengan penutupan perdagangan sehari sebelumnya.

Sebagai informasi, PT Caraka Reksa Optima menggelar penawaran tender wajib (tender offer) saham PT Petrosea Tbk (PTRO) sebanyak-banyaknya 287.650.300 saham atau paling banyak 28,5% dari seluruh saham yang telah ditempat dan disetor penuh dalam PTRO.

Dalam publikasinya pada 24 Agustus 2022 lalu, Caraka Reksa menetapkan harga penawaran tender offer Rp 3.118 per saham sehingga nilai totalnya bisa mencapai Rp 896,63 miliar. Adapun tender offer ini digelar dari 25 Agustus-23 September 2022. Pembayaran atas tender offer akan dilakukan dalam mata uang rupiah pada 29 September 2022.

Alasan penawaran tender wajib ini adalah dalam rangka pemenuhan kewajiban Caraka terkait pengambilalihan saham PTRO.

Sebagaimana diketahui, pada 18 Februari 2022, Caraka meneken perjanjian pengikatan jual beli (PPJB) dengan PT Indika Energy Tbk (INDY) sehubungan dengan akuisisi saham PTRO sebanyak 704.014.200 saham.

Kemudian, pada 28 Juli 2022, sebagai tindak lanjut dari PPJB, Caraka menyelesaikan pembelian saham PTRO dari INDY dengan harga Rp 3.117,52 per saham atau seluruhnya Rp 2,19 triliun.
