Makin Rajin, Bos Bayan Resources Borong 974.300 Saham BYAN Rp20.306 per Lembar

Terbaru, bos besar Bayan Resources tersebut menjalan 974.300 lembar pada harga pelaksanaan Rp20.306,29 per eksemplar. Dengan skema harga tersebut, Low Tuck Kwong hanya perlu merogoh dana sekitar Rp19,78 miliar untuk menebus saham tersebut. 

”Transaksi untuk kepentingan investasi dengan status kepemilikan saham secara langsung,” tulis Jenny Quantero, Corporate Secretary Bayan Resources. 

Dengan pelaksanaan transaksi itu, timbunan saham Dato’ Low Tuck Kwong menjadi 20,31 miliar eksemplar alias setara dengan 60,95 persen. Bertambah dari sebelum transaksi dengan tabulasi 20,31 miliar lembar setara 60,95 persen. 

Mengarungi perdagangan sesi I hari ini Selasa, 17 Januari 2023, saham Bayan Resources turun 75 poin alias 0,37 persen menjadi Rp20.025 per lembar. Saham Bayan Resources mempunyai nilai kapitalisasi pasar sejumlah Rp66,67 triliun. (*)
