Matahari Department Store (LPPF) Putuskan Bagi Dividen Rp525 per Lembar

EmitenNews.com – Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Tahunan PT Matahari Department Store Tbk (LPPF) hari ini Rabu (29/3/2023) menyetujui pembagian dividen sebesar Rp525 per lembar.

Susanto Pjs. Corporate Secretary Matahari Department Store Tbk (LPPF) dalam risalah RUPST yang disampaikan ke BEI Rabu (29/3) menyebutkan bahwa RUPST tersebut juga menyetujui, pembelian kembali saham beredar atau buy back.

Bay back dilakukan sebanyak-banyaknya 10 persen dari modal ditempatkan dan disetor Perseroan dengan biaya yang akan dikeluarkan untuk pelaksanaan pembelian kembali saham adalah maksimal Rp200 Miliar.

“Dengan pembatasan pembelian saham kembali dengan harga maksimal sebesar Rp7.900 per saham. Pembelian kembali saham direncanakan akan dilaksanakan paling lama 18 bulan terhitung setelah Perseroan memperoleh persetujuan dari Rapat,” tulis Susanto

Pada saat yang sama, RUPST juga menyetujui pengalihan saham hasil pembelian kembali melalui penarikan kembali sejumlah 104.130.700 lembar saham treasuri hasil buy back sampai dengan tanggal 28 Maret 2023, dengan cara penurunan modal disetor dan ditempatkan Perseroan.

Selain itu, RUPST menunjuk Rachel Fiona Stack sebagai Direktur Independen Perseroan, dengan masa jabatan mengikuti sisa masa jabatan Direksi Perseroan saat ini, yaitu sampai dengan RUPS Tahunan untuk tahun buku 2023 yang akan diselenggarakan di tahun 2024.
