Melesat 136%, BEI Akhirnya Suspend Saham Suryamas (SMDM)

JAKARTA, Investor.id – Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) menghentikan sementara perdagangan (suspend) saham PT Suryamas Dutamakmur Tbk (SMDM). Suspend terebut bertujuan untuk cooling down setelah terjadi lonjakan harga dalam beberapa hari terakhir.

Berdasarkan data BEI, saham SMDM telah melesat 136,18% dari Rp 199 menjadi Rp 470 terhitung sejak awal September hingga 4 Oktober 2022.

“Penghentian sementara perdagangan saham SMDM dilakukan di pasar reguler dan pasar tunai dengan tujuan memberikan waktu memadai bagi pelaku pasar untuk mempertimbangkan secara matang setiap keputusan investasinya pada saham SMDM,” tulis pengumuman yang ditandatangani Kepala Divisi Pengawasan Transaksi BEI Lidia M Panjaitan dan Kepala Divisi Pengaturan & Operasional Perdagangan BEI Pande Made Kusuma Ari A di Jakarta, kemarin.

Terkait lonjakan harga saham SMDM, Direktur Suryamas Dutamakmur Ferry Suhardjo melalui penjelasan resminya di BEI mengatakan, hingga kini, perseroan tidak memiliki informasi material dan belum ada rencana tindakan perusahaan yang belum disampaikan kepadaa publik.
