Membangkang, BEI Denda 32 Emiten Rp150 Juta

EmitenNews.com – Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) mengenakan denda Rp150 juta. Saat bersamaan juga menjatuhkan peringatan tertulis III. Dendan, dan peringatan tertulis III tersebut, berlaku untuk 32 emiten belum setor laporan keuangan interim per 30 September 2022. 

”Perusahaan tercatat hingga 29 Januari 2023, ada 32 emiten belum menyampaikan laporan keuangan interim per 30 September 2022 yang tidak diaudit, da? tidak ditelaah secara terbatas oleh akuntan publik,” tulis Adi Pratomo Aryanto, Kadiv Penilaian Perusahaan 1 BEI. 

Selanjutnya, operator pasar modal mengenakan peringatan tertulis I untuk tiga perusahaan tercatat. Itu karena perusahaan tercatat akan menyampaikan laporan keuangan interim per 30 September 2022 yang diaudit akuntan publik. Ada 745 dari 944 perusahaan tercatat telah menyampaikan laporan keuangan. 

Daftar 32 emiten pembangkang itu sebagai berikut. PT Armidian Karyatama (ARMY), Bukit Uluwatu Villa (BUVA), Cowell Development (COWL), Jaya Bersama Indo (DUCK), Envy Technologies Indonesia (ENVY), Forza Land Indonesia (FORZ), Golden Plantation (GOLL), Hotel Mandarine Regency (HOME), Saraswati Griya Lestari (HOTL), Sky Energy (JSKY), Kertas Basuki Rachmat Indonesia (KBRI), Steadfast Marine (KPAL), Cottonindo Ariesta (KPAS), Grand Kartech (KRAH), Eureka Prima Jakarta (LCGP), Limas Indonesia Makmur (LMAS).
