Menang Banyak! Ada Lagi Nih Pemegang Saham GOTO yang Berpotensi Cuan 6.050 Persen

EmitenNews.com—Goto Poepleverse Fund kembali melaporkan menjual sebanyak 2.098.817.605 lembar saham atau 2,24 persen porsi kepemilikan pada PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO) dalam periode 19 Januari hingga 3 Februari 2023.

Mengutip keterangan resmi emiten teknologi ini pada laman Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI), Selasa (7/2/2023), bahwa usai transaksi ini, porsi kepemilikan Goto Peopleverse Fund pada GOTO tersisa 7,76 persen atau sebanyak 91.922.358.559 lembar saham dari sebelumnya sebanyak 94.021.176.164 lembar saham.

Adapun harga jual saham itu mulai dari Rp2 hingga Rp105 per lembar.

Harga tersebut merupakan harga pelaksanaan yang diatur dalam setiap perjanjian opsi saham dengan peserta yang tercantum dalam prospektus IPO.

Dengan demikian, karyawan hingga konsultan yang menebus GOTO dengan harga Rp2 per lembar, berpeluang meraup keuntungan ribuan persen jika melepas di pasar reguler.

Jika mengacu pada penutupan perdagangan Selasa (07/2) sore ini, GOTO berada di harga Rp123 per lembar, maka pembeli di posisi harga Rp 2 langsung membukukan potensi keuntungan sebanyak 6050 persen.

Sebelumnya, Direktur PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO), Wei-Jye Jacky Lo melaporkan telah membeli sebanyak 312.858.554 lembar saham atau 0,02 persen porsi saham perseroan dalam rangka pelaksanaan Employee Stock Option Program (ESOP) pada tanggal 15 Desember 2022 lalu.

Mengutip keterangan resmi emiten teknologi informasi itu pada laman Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI), Senin (9/1/2022) bahwa Direktur GOTO dengan kewarga-negaraan Amerika Serikat itu, membeli GOTO hanya dengan harga Rp2 per lembar.

Dengan demikian, dia hanya merogoh Rp625,717 juta untuk menguasai 0,02 persen porsi saham GOTO dari sebelumnya nihil.

Menariknya, nilai kekayaan Wei-Jye Jacky Lo dari GOTO sontak naik ribuan persen.

Misalnya, jika GOTO pada penutupan perdagangan Senin, 9 Januari 2023 lalu berada pada level 93, maka berpotensi untung 4550 persen, menjadi Rp29,095 miliar.
