EmitenNews.com – PT Vale Indonesia Tbk (INCO) menunjuk mantan direktur utama Bukalapak Muhammad Rachmat Kaimuddin sebagai wakil presiden komisaris perusahaan. Pengesahan ini dilakukan dalam Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Tahunan (RUPST) PT Vale yang berlangsung pada Selasa (21/6).

Direktur Keuangan PT Vale Bernardus Irmanto mengatakan, Rachmat merupakan representasi dari PT Indonesia Asahan Alumunium (Persero) alias Inalum selaku salah satu pemegang saham. Sebagaimana diketahui, Inalum merupakan pemilik 20% saham INCO.

Ex Bos Bukalapak itu menggantikan Hendi Prio Santoso yang mengundurkan diri dari jabatan wakil presiden komisaris PT Vale sejak 31 Mei 2022, ujar Irmanto pada, Selasa (21/6/2022).

Selain itu, RUPST PT Vale juga mengesahkan Yusuke Niwa sebagai komisaris perusahaan, menggantikan Nobuhiro Matsumoto. Dengan begitu, Rachmat dan Yusuke resmi masuk dalam susunan dewan komisaris sejak penutupan rapat sampai dengan penutupan RUPST 2024.

Para pemegang saham PT Vale juga menerima pengunduran diri Dani Widjaja yang sebelumnya menjabat sebagai direktur perusahaan. Pengunduran diri tersebut sudah berlaku efektif sejak tanggal 30 April 2022.

Dengan demikian, susunan dewan komisaris dan dewan direksi terbaru PT Vale adalah sebagai berikut:
