Modal Tipis, Paulus Totok Lusida Untung 2.200 Persen Hasil Jual Saham CARS

EmitenNews.com—Paulus Totok Lusida dapat dimasukan dalam kategori investor hebat karena hanya dalam waktu lima (5) bulan dapat menghasilkan keuntungan sebesar 2.200 persen dari penjualan efek bersifat ekuitas PT Industri dan Perdagangan Bintraco Dharma Tbk (CARS).

Jelasnya, dalam keterangan resmi emiten perdagangan kendaraan bermotor beroperasi di Jawa Tengah dan DIY Jogyakarta yang diunggah pada laman Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI), Jumat (23/9/2022) bahwa Paulus telah menjual sebanyak 23,5 juta CARS di harga Rp115 – 125 per lembar saham pada tanggal 13 September  2022.

“Tujuan transaksi divestasi,” tulis manajemen CARS.

Dengan demikian, Paulus membawa pulang uang senilai Rp2,82 miliar. Tapi porsi kepemilikannya berkurang menjadi 6,67 persen dari posisi sebelumnya 6,82 persen.

Sebelumnya, pada tanggal 1 – 12 September 2022, dia juga menjual sebanyak 376,5 juta CARS dengan harga jual 75 – 119 per lembar saham.

Dengan transaksi ini, komposisi kepemilikannya berkurang jadi 6,82 persen dari 9,33 persen, setelah mengantungi uang dengan hitungan level penjualan termurah yakni Rp28,23 miliar.

Paulus mulai melepas CARS sejak tanggal 24 – 25 Agustus 2022, dengan menjual sebanyak 395.580.600 lembar saham dengan harga jual 59 – 66 per saham.

Jika mengunakan harga jual terendah, maka dia mengantungi uang sebesar Rp23,339 miliar.

Menariknya, Paulus Totok Lusida membeli sebanyak 1.795.580.600 lembar saham atau setara dengan 11,79 persen porsi kepemilikan pada PT Industri dan Perdagangan Bintraco Dharma Tbk (CARS) pada tanggal 6 April 2022 hanya dengan harga Rp5 per lembar saham.

Dengan demikian, Paulus hanya merogoh Rp8,97 miliar untuk menguasai 11,97 persen CARS.
