Mulai Hari Ini, Sidomulyo Selaras (SDMU) Bebas Perangkap Pemantauan Khusus

EmitenNews.com – PT Sidomulyo Selaras (SDMU) lepas dari efek bersifat ekuitas dalam pemantauan khusus. Pembebasan itu berlaku efektif sejak Senin, 10 Oktober 2022. Artinya, perseroan mengorbit dari jebakan kriteria delapan.

Ya, masuk kriteria delapan dengan efek bersifat ekuitas dalam pengawasan khusus karena menghadapi gugatan penundaan kewajiban pembayaran utang (PKPU) atau dimohonkan pailit oleh kreditur perseroan. 

Sekadar informasi, sebelumnya Sidomulyo Selaras menghadapi gugatan permohonan PKPU dari SC Lowy Primary Investments Ltd. Itu berkenaan dengan utang dari Cessie antara Bank Permata dengan SC Lowy. 

Hanya, perseroan tidak mengakui besaran tagihan utang SC Lowy Primary Investment Ltd. Oleh karena itu, perseroan butuh putusan Pengadilan Niaga Jakarta Pusat, untuk memastikan jumlah utang. ”Butuh kepastian hukum. Tanpa itu, kami tidak akan pernah mengakui tagihan pemohon,” tulis Leonidas, Corporate Secretary Sidomulyo Selaras. 

Perseroan mengaku, besaran tagihan utang tersebut tidak material karena secara jumlah, utang yang ditagih SC Lowy tidak diakui. ”Tagihan utang itu kan klaim sepihak SC Lowy. Jadi, butuh kepastian hukum dari Pengadilan Niaga, Jakpus,” imbuhnya.

PKPU itu, tidak berdampak negatif terhadap kegiatan usaha, kondisi hukum, operasional, keuangan, dan kelangsungan usaha perseroan. ”Pengajuan PKPU tidak berdampak material terhadap kegiatan operasional. Saat ini, kondisi operasional berjalan normal,” tegasnya.

Perseroan telah menjalani sidang PKPU perdana pada Senin, 22 Agustus 2022 lalu. Permohonan PKPU itu, teregistrasi dengan nomor perkara 203/Pdt.Sus-PKPU/2022/PN.Niaga.Jkt.Pst. (*)
