Nanotech Indonesia Global incar dana hingga Rp134,93 miliar lewat IPO

JAKARTA. PT Nanotech Indonesia Global Tbk (NANO), perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang riset dan pengembangan sains dan teknologi, akan menghimpun dana segar hingga Rp134,93 miliar lewat Penawaran Umum Perdana (IPO) saham di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI).

Jumlah saham yang akan dilepas NANO dalam IPO adalah sebanyak 1,29 miliar lembar atau setara 29,99% dari modal ditempatkan dan disetor penuh. Setiap saham memiliki nilai nominal Rp10 per lembar, serta ditawarkan dalam rentang harga Rp95 sampai Rp105 per lembar.

NANO akan mengalokasikan dana yang diperoleh dari IPO untuk kebutuhan belanja modal atau Capital Expenditure (Capex) dan modal kerja atau Operational Expenditure (Opex), menurut prospektus yang telah diterbitkan. Rinciannya, sebanyak Rp69,98 miliar akan dialokasikan untuk Capex dan sisanya untuk Opex perseroan.

Dalam melaksanakan IPO, NANO telah menunjuk PT UOB Kay Hian Sekuritas sebagai penjamin emisi efek. Masa penawaran umum saham NANO dijadwalkan akan berlangsung pada 1-8 Maret 2022. Kemudian distribusi saham secara elektronik akan dilaksanakan pada 9 Maret 2022 dan pencatatan saham di BEI pada 10 Maret 2022.

Menurut data idnfinancials.com, NANO memiliki total aset sebanyak Rp42,46 miliar per 31 Agustus 2021. Sementara total ekuitasnya tercatat sebesar Rp39,03 miliar. Sepanjang Januari – Agustus (8M) 2021, perseroan membukukan pendapatan sebesar Rp18,21 miliar dan laba bersih sebesar Rp1,26 miliar. (KR)
