Nusatama Berkah bidik Rp 70 miliar via IPO

JAKARTA – PT Nusatama Berkah Tbk (NTBK), manufaktur kendaraan khusus, incar dana segar Rp 70 miliar melalui penawaran perdana 700 juta saham (initial public offering/IPO) dengan harga pelaksanaan Rp 100 per saham. Jumlah saham yang diterbitkan itu kisaran 25,93% dari jumlah seluruh modal disetor dan ditempatkan pasca IPO.

Dalam keterbukaan prospektus singkat dikutip Selasa (8/2), perusahaan juga menerbitkan 700 juta Waran Seri I seiring penerbitan 700 juta saham perdana itu, di mana jumlahnya setara 35% dari total saham ditempatkan dan disetor penuh pada saat pendaftaran IPO. Setiap pemilik selembar saham IPO akan berhak dengan selembar Waran Seri I, yang dapat dilaksanakan mulai 6 Agustus 2022. Total hasil pelaksanaan Waran Seri I ditargetkan Rp 84 miliar dengan harga pelaksanaan Rp 120 per waran.

Dana hasil IPO akan digunakan 87,21% untuk modal kerja, misalnya, pembelian bahan baku, gaji karyawan, dan biaya pemasaran. Sedangkan sisa 6,02% dan 6,77% akan diperuntukkan membeli permesinan dan perluasan area produksi perusahaan pada tahun ini.

Adapun penjamin pelaksana emisi yang ditunjuk NTBK yakni, PT Danatama Makmur Sekuritas dan PT Surya Fajar Sekuritas. (LK)
