OJK Minta Bursa Kembalikan Jam Perdagangan Ke Masa Normal

EmitenNews.com – Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) telah mencabut kebijakan pelonggaran perdagangan bursa dalam menghadapi dampak pandemi Covid-19, karena dicabutnya kebijakan pemberlakuan pembatasan kegiatan masyarakat (PPKM) oleh Pemerintah.

Hal itu tertuang dalam surat Nomor S-68/D.04/2023 tentang Keberlakuan Kebijakan Relaksasi Dalam Menjaga Kinerja dan Stabilitas Pasar Modal Akibat Penyebaran Corona Virus Disease 2019.

Dengan demikian, OJK meminta regulator bursa untuk mencabut larangan jual kosong atau short selling.

Dalam surat itu, OJK juga meminta mencabut Kebijakan trading halt (penghentian seluruh pasar) selama 30 menit dalam hal indeks harga saham gabungan mengalami penurunan mencapai 5 persen.

Kemudian meminta bursa untuk mengembalikan jam opersional bursa seperti sebelum masa pandemi covid-19.

Pada saat yang sama, OJK masih memberi kelonggaran masa berlaku laporan keuangan emiten telah audit selama 7 bulan bagi yang telah menyampaikan sampai dengan 31 Maret 2023.

Namun, OJK meminta bursa mengembalikan sistem penolakan penawaran jual dan beli simetris secara bertahap dengan memperhatikan penilaian kondisi pasar.

Menanggapi kebijakan OJK tersebut, Direktur Penilaian Perusahaan Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI), I gede Nyoman Yetna mengatakan, kebijakan normalisasi perdagangan bursa dan pelonggaran kewajiban emiten sudah diterapkan di bursa-bursa lainnya.

“Untuk BEI, dari sisi penyampaian laporan keuangan sebagian sudah sesuai dengan kebijakan sebelum masa pandemi Covid-19.” kata Nyoman.
