Outlook Stabil, Mitratel (MTEL) Sandang Peringkat idAAA

EmitenNews.com – Pemeringkat Efek Indonesia (Pefindo) melabeli rating idAAA PT Dayamitra Telekomunikasi atau Mitratel (MTEL) dengan outlook stabil. Itu merupakan kasta tertinggi yang diberikan Pefindo.

Kemampuan obligor memenuhi komitmen keuangan jangka panjang, superior. Peringkat itu, merefleksikan posisi pasar sangat kuat, visibilitas pendapatan kuat dengan kontrak jangka panjang dari klien dengan profil bisnis, dan profil keuangan sangat kuat. 

Namun, peringkat itu dibatasi rasio tenancy relatif lebih rendah dibanding perusahaan sejenis. Peringkat dapat dilorot kalau posisi pasar Mitratel melemah secara signifikan. Pendapatan atau EBITDA secara signifikan lebih rendah dari target, atau posisi utang lebih besar tanpa kompensasi peningkatan EBITDA.

Kondisi itu, dapat memperburuk struktur permodalan, dan proteksi arus kas perusahaan. Berdiri pada 1995, Mitratel anak usaha Telkom Indonesia bergerak bidang penyewaan menara. Pada 2021, Mitratel sukses melaksanakan penawaran umum perdana saham alias initial public offering atau (IPO) dengan dana Rp18,8 triliun. 

Mayoritas dana hasil IPO, atau setara 90 persen dialokasikan untuk pembiayaan belanja modal atau capital expenditure (Capex). Lalu, 10 persen dialokasikan untuk kebutuhan modal kerja. Per 31 Desember 2021, pemegang saham Mitratel terdiri dari Telkom 71,87 persen, publik 17,08 persen, GIC Private Limited 5,66 persen, dan PT Maleo Investasi Indonesia 5,38 persen. (*)
