Outlook Tetap Menjanjikan, Begini Prediksi Saham Bumi Serpong (BSDE)

JAKARTA, Investor.id – PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk (BSDE) berhasil membukukan lonjakan marketing sales sebesar Rp 4,7 triliun atau telah mencapai 61% dari target sepanjang tahun ini. Lonjakan ini menjadi sentimen positif terhadap pertumbuhan kinerja, meskipun realisasi semester I-2022 mengalami penurunan.

BSD membukukan penurunan laba bersih dari Rp 680 miliar menjadi Rp 464 milliar, sebalikny penjualan perseroan naik 18% dari Rp 3,25 triliun menjadi Rp 3,83 triliun. Sedangkan laba inti perseroan turun 16% dari Rp 637 miliar menjadi Rp 535 miliar.

Meski laba bersih turun, BRI Danareksa Sekuritas memberikan pandangan positif terhadap BSD atas keberhasilannya mencetak peningkatan penjualan dan mempertahankan gross margin di atas level 61%.

“Realisasi laba bersih BSD tersebut di bawah perkiraan kami atau hanya merefleksikan target laba inti sebanyak 40% dari target sepanjang tahun ini. Meski demikian, kami mempertahankan rekomendasi beli saham BSDE didukung valuasi yang masih murah dan outlook marketing sales perseroan ke depan,” tulis analis BRI Danareksa Sekuritas Victor Stefano dalam riset terbaru.

BRI Danareksa Sekuritas menetapkan target harga saham BSDE di level Rp 1.400. Target tersebut telah mempertimbangkan diskon terhadap NAV. Target tersebut juga telah mempertimbangkan pulihnya bisnis perseroan segemen investasi properti dan penjualan marketing tahun ini.

BRI Danareksa Sekuritas memperkirakan peningkatan laba bersih BSD menjadi Rp 1,52 triliun tahun ini, dibandingkan realisasi tahun lalu Rp 1,34 triliun. Pendapatan perseroan juga diharapkan meningkat dari Rp 7,65 triliun menjadi Rp 7,69 triliun.
