Paninvest (PNIN) Borong Lagi Saham Panin Financial (PNLF), Lo Kheng Hong Ikutan Tidak?

JAKARTA, investor.id – PT Paninvest Tbk (PNIN) kembali menambah kepemilikan saham PT Panin Financial Tbk (PNLF) sebanyak 484.343.600 saham.

Dalam keterbukaan informasi dijelaskan bahwa tanggal transaksi terjadi antara 17-24 Juni 2022 di harga rata-rata Rp 396. Sehingga, nilai transaksi mencapai Rp 191,8 miliar.

“Tujuan dari transaksi, investasi. Status kepemilikan saham, langsung,” ungkap Presiden Direktur Panin Financial Marwan Noor dalam keterbukaan informasi dikutip Selasa (28/6/2022).

Sebelum ada transaksi ini, jumlah saham PNLF yang dipegang Paninvest adalah 20.672.312.760 saham atau 64,56%. Setelah transaksi, jumlahnya menjadi 21.156.656.360 saham atau 66,07%.

Sebelumnya, Paninvest juga sudah menambah kepemilikan saham PNLF sebanyak 665.829.000 saham. Tanggal transaksi terjadi antara 9-16 Juni 2022 di harga rata-rata Rp 388. Sehingga, nilai transaksi mencapai Rp 258,34 miliar.

Sebagai informasi, mengacu pada laporan tahunan PNLF tahun 2021, investor kawakan Lo Kheng Hong menggenggam 1.038.955.800 saham atau 3,24% dari total saham PNLF per 31 Desember 2021. Pak Lo, sapaan akrabanya, menjadi pemegang saham terbesar kedua di bawah Paninvest yang saat itu masih menguasai 62,48% saham PNLF.

Persentase kepemilikan Lo Kheng Hong tahun lalu itu lebih tinggi daripada tahun sebelumnya. Menurut laporan tahunan PNLF 2020, per 31 Desember 2020, Pak Lo memiliki 884.054.600 saham PNLF atau 2,76% dari total saham perseroan. Dalam beberapa kesempatan, Pak Lo juga kerap menyebut dirinya menjadi salah satu pemegang saham PNLF.

Adapun, pada perdagangan Senin (27/6/2022), saham PNLF melesat 8,91% ke Rp 440. Sedangkan, dalam periode year to date (ytd), saham PNLF terpantau melejit 155,81%.
