Patenkan Harga IPO Rp100, Dewi Shri (DWEI) Berpotensi Raup Rp70 Miliar

EmitenNews.com – PT Dewi Shri Farmindo (DEWI) menetapkan harga penawaran perdana saham atau initial public offering (IPO) Rp100. Melepas maksimal 700 juta saham baru bernominal Rp50 per lembar, Dewi Shri berpotensi meraup dana Rp70 miliar.

Pelepasan jumlah saham itu, setara 35 persen dari total modal ditempatkan, dan disetor penuh setelah IPO. Seluruh dana hasil IPO, setelah dikurangi biaya-biaya emisi, untuk membiayai investasi, dan operasional usaha. Sekitar Rp7,48 miliar atau setara 11,8 persen untuk membeli tanah afiliasi. 

Sejumlah Rp3,67 miliar untuk pembelian tanah nonafiliasi dengan luas 10.773 m². Sekitar Rp6,5 miliar atau 10,32 persen untuk pembangunan fasilitas rumah pemotongan ayam di atas tanah afiliasi. Pembangunan fasilitas peternakan broiler untuk kebutuhan komersial akan dilakukan di tanah nonafliasi dengan kebutuhan investasi Rp9,98 miliar atau 15,85 persen.

Sisanya untuk modal kerja perseroan untuk pembelian ayam day old chick (DOC), dan pembelian ayam karkas. Jadwal sementara IPO Dewi Shri sebagai berikut. Masa penawaran awal pada 27-29 Juni 2022. Tanggal efektif pada 8 Juli 2022. Masa penawaran umum pada 12-14 Juli 2022. Tanggal penjatahan pada 14 Juli 2022. Distribusi saham secara elektronik pada 15 Juli 2022. 

Tanggal pencatatan saham pada Bursa Efek Indonesia pada 18 Juli 2022. Masa penawaran umum saham akan berlangsung selama 11-13 Juli 2022. PT KGI Sekuritas Indonesia, dan PT Binaartha Sekuritas berperan sebagai penjamin pelaksana emisi efek.

Tahun lalu, Dewi Shri membukukan penjualan Rp82,13 miliar, naik 258,72 persen dibanding edisi sama 2020 sejumlah Rp22,89 miliar. Pendapatan dari aktivitas budi daya ayam ras pedaging, dan perdagangan eceran hewan ternak. Laba bersih Rp6,41 miliar, naik dari periode sama 2020 sekitar Rp4,78 miliar. (*)
